Get all Weight Data back in Apple Health

Hey everyone,

First off, a small bit of setup. I have a Garmin Index Scale & a Vivosport. I started having some trouble with my connect app (iOS 12.3.1 Connect v4.18.1.35 on iPhone X). When looking at My Day I couldn't tap on a workout & have it take me to the summary of that workout. I could tap on all the other stats of the day & it would show me a more detailed view of them, but not the work out. I also noticed that if I tried to edit the order of the My Day stats, in the edit menu there would me multiples of each category. I figured this was not correct & did some digging. The only answer I found that seemed to work consistently was to delete the app & reinstall. Since all my data is stored server side at Garmin I figured great & went for it. Now the app is working as expected BUT all my weight data over the past year & a half is gone from apple health. My question is:

a) is this a problem with apple health? It didn't save my data so I need to figure out how to restore the data from an iCloud backup?

b) was apple health just "showing" me the data from Garmin without actually saving it, so when I deleted the app it forgot all that data?

c) is there a way to export ALL my weight stats so that I can import them into apple health?

Thanks for any help you can offer, I appreciate it.

P.S. To anyone at Garmin listening, it would be great if there wasn't a two week limit on the data you send to Apple Health. Just send all of it.
