Swimming Workouts

My watch, Garmin Fenix 5 WiFi, allows me to setup a pool of 15m. However, if I want to prepare a workout in Garmin Connect mobile, it doesn't give me that option. Lowest size is 18m. Where is the logic?

I can do that in Connect, when I choose a Custom Pool Size for my pool workout. It gives the option to use virtually any length, yard or meters. I’m using a Vivosmart 4, although I can’t see why that would make a difference.
