connect mobile course creation

is there any way I can create a course in garmin connect mobile without the course always snapping to roads , I want to create a course that cuts across a field , but the app always re routes to the road , thanks in advance

Unfortunately there is no way to do this in the Garmin Connect App. I would recommend using the Garmin Connect Website to create the course.
