Pairing 520 with iphone error

I have an iPhone running the latest OS, and I'm unable to connect my edge to the phone. I can connect to regular Bluetooth outside of the connect app, but in the app connect immediately errors out when confirming the pairing request on the device.

We've uninstalled/reinstalled the app on the phone a couple of time.

Anyone have a suggestion?

What version of the app do you have on the iPhone? Also in the video, it seems you are not starting a new connection but fixing a previous connection (Sorry the video is hard to see what is going on with the Edge).

HI Matthew,

We have whatever the most recent version of the app within the app store, it was a fresh install of the app. The video was going through a brand-new paring request after the new install.
