I've been using a Fenix3 and a vivosmart HR+ together on the same Garmin account for about 8 months now. I use the vivosmart HR+ as my fitness tracker and the Fenix3 as my running device. Usually I sync them using Garmin Connect Mobile on my iPhone. Especially if I go for a run, I sync both devices, and all cummulated steps, elevation data, intensity minutes etc. get sync to both devices. I swap the vivosmart for the Fenix3, go for a run, and after returning I sync again and swap back to the vivosmart.
On Thursday April 11th 2019 this behaviour did stop. Now I can sync both devices, and the steps, intensity minutes etc. all get added up in the Garmin account as usual, but the cummulated data does not get synced back to the devices. So I have things happening like 10.000 steps on the vivosmart HR+, 11.000 steps from a run on the Fenix3, all together 21.000 steps on the Garmin account, but still not reaching my daily goal of 12.000 steps neither on the vivosmart HR+ nor on the Fenix3.
I tried reboot of the iPhone and restart of Garmin Connect mobile, restarting both devices - but no change.
Has anybody else experienced the same issue recently when syncing two devices?
