Live track email recipients not getting emails

Hi, can anyone advise, iOS 12.2 IPhone 6S, latest Connect app, email address added, live track works and so does Strava beacon, but email recipients aren’t getting the emails, I’ve deleted them and added back in, deleted the app and started over, stuck now! Thanks

    I had the same issue. Same setup (or close at least) iOS 12.2 iPhone SE, Edge 520 Plus, latest Connect app, email address added, live track works, but email recipients aren’t getting the emails. Wife having same issue as well on a Edge 520. Its been going on for a while so I started changing setting one at a time to see if it affected anything. When I turned off Extended LiveTrack my emails when out. Asked my wife to do the same and got the same results - i.e. emails went out to recipients. Not sure but there must be a bug in the Extended LiveTrack. Your milage may vary but I hope this helps.
  • Same here. No mails are sent with LiveTrack Autostart. When I manually trigger LiveTrack, everything works.
  • The same issue, when Live Track stars automatically; in i start manual, email starts!
  • I also have the same problem an I emailed Garmin Support on 1st April, the email address is [email][email protected][/email]. The reference I have is <Q#:1000104> << Reference ID: 1309011K0 >>. The last update I have from support was on 3rd April saying they are aware and working hard towards a resolution, however, no time frame for completion. They have added me to the relevant case so I can be notified once the issue has been resolved.

    You may want to contact them using the above details and let them know what your findings are. The more information they have the quicker we could get a resolution, also if they add your details to the case they will let you know when it is resolved.
