true up had stopped working a couple a days ago. Syncs to gcm but not back to devices. Vivofit 3,vivosmart hr and vivosmart 3. Only instinct works good
Same thing. Too be fair, it's been so long since I used my VS3 I can't remember if when this worked. In my case, today I charged and updated my VS3 to the latest software. After syncing, my FR935 has ~5000 steps, but VS3 was at 0. I walked around a little in the office and VS3 went up to 351, after syncing, FR shows 5351. Then I walked with the FR again, but any steps did not sync down to VS3, so it was still at 351 while FR was now at around 6000.
I'm having the same issue since Thursday, 4/11 with a Vivosport and a 235. I have removed both from the Garmin Connect App and my Bluetooth devices. I then reset both devices to factory settings, added the devices back to the Garmin Connect App. The issue did not resolve so I contacted Garmin Customer Support on Friday, 4/12 and was told after a reset it would take 24 hours... I'm still waiting.
Updated yesterday (android) and now it not register sleep at all. When try to go to settings the app crash. So i try the app on my ipad ( first time) but no sleep, BUT what year does Garmin live in ? On the Ipad a poor small pickture in the middle of the screen. WTF , in 2019 and they not developed a app to fit a tablet ? Amazing.
The update to GCM on iOS did not help. The steps are accumulating w/in GCM, but it is not pushing those accumulated steps back to my Vivosport OR 235. Sleep is still being tracked.
Synced before I tried the new update, only got steps. Saw there was a new update and downloaded it and synced again -this time I didn't get anything! Lost the steps that had synced earlier! So the new update appears to be worse!
