I logged 60K steps last week for the challenge that ended yesterday. Today, it shows I’m dropped from the weekly challenge. I had to opt back in (although I never opted out). Did anyone else have that problem?
The same happened for me today through the app. Now won’t show anything at all. Went through chat with an advisor, my watch hadn’t completed update. Was advised to log in through garmin express and this updated my watch. When logged in on my pc, it says there’s 100s of people in my challenge group. There was only ever 10 before. However still can’t view this on the app. However they said they are currently working on updating the app. My vo2 max and other things hadn’t been working either for the last week. So advised to see if it updates tomorrow now my watch has updated.
