Activity not syncing to app

Hi, I ran 20 miles yesterday and the activity won’t sync with the garmin app. The steps etc have synced but no run on there. Iv turned the garmin (garmin 35) off and on, turned my phone off and on, deleted the device from the app and re paired it. Iv also deleted the app and reinstalled it and still nothing. I Started a walking activity last night, saved it and it immediately uploaded, still no run ????

can anyone help?
