Audio prompts turn off

i Use GCM with my Iphone 6 ( Version 4.16.0.17 ) and each time i turn on the Audio prompt the App turn it back Off when i leave the app and come back. I have Fenix 5X and it was OK up to around a week ago . This is important function for me as i set it up for prompt the pace and heart rate each lap. I will be more then happy to understand what went wrong and what should i do to fix it up !!

Similar problem here: For a about two weeks now the settings for voice prompts work for one session only and are turned off after. It’s annoying to set the prompts up before every run.
