Where do calendar entries on a watch originate from?

I’m not sure if this is in the right place but don’t know what else it would relate too but - I have a Fenix 5 plus and an iPhone X. I’ve been getting some random calendar entries on my Fenix 5 plus that aren’t on any of my iOS calendars. Where else could they be coming from apart from the native iOS calendar app? I’ve gone into the app and disabled all the calendars I have set up yet the entry is still there on my watch for today.

    Same here. I have Epix Pro. My morning report shows my friend birthday day by day since I bought this watch. This event’s frequency is set to to be repeated every year on my google calendar, but not to remind me every day about it. Moreover, this birtday is on 17th of October and today is 3rd of November…
