Since the last update a few days ago to Garmin mobile connect .....every time I sync data from my fenix3 Audio prompts are automatically turned off .....I’ve got to keep turning them on and selecting my preferred audio prompts within .......when you run everyday ......this becomes really annoying ......sort it out Garmin
Garmin have admitted that there is an issue and there is a ticket open for this. I have been added to the ticket but rather than interacting here it took a tweet to get their attention. You need to tweet to Garmin Fitness (@GarminFitness)
An update was released earlier this year but despite having GCM 4.16.0.17 I’m still having problems with the app switching off the Audio Prompts on my iPhone 8 ( iOS 12.2 and previous version). Also every now and again on my Edge 820 it comes up saying the collision detection is been disabled as there is no contact details selected in the app despite the fact there is.
