Yeah, me too. I know it's a beta and you have to accept these things, but I do wonder how shaky Garmin's Bluetooth implementation is when iOS updates quite often seem to break syncing when other various things I've got that connect/sync by Bluetooth don't seem to be affected.
I honestly don't think it's the Bluetooth as I'm getting the error even when trying to sync with the Calories to MyFitnessPal without a device connected. It's funny as at work, where we have an Enterprise based security it work's fine. But when using a regular security based network, like a home network it fails. It seems to be something between the iPhone networking and Garmin's back end. Very Strange
