I had to sign out and in again to the garmin connect mobile app to fix a bluetooth syncing issue today (yet again) and every time I do this my settings for live track and my emergency contacts get completely deleted! This means manually remembering to re-do it every single time the garmin has sync issues (relatively often, say every couple of months), but it also spams my family with the emergency contact addition text messages. Is there a way to permanently fix these settings for an account?
sync issue is phone connects to the garmin edge 520 fine, but won't sync data. both connections show connected in bluetooth settings and GCM shows connected, but 'sync failed'. Only solution that works consistently to fix this is re-establishing a connection to GC is by either deleting the app or sign out/sign in again.
