Watch as been factory reset through the actual device several times as well as when trying to pair on the phone. Error keeps coming up that device is already linked but doesn't show on the dashboard, and only myself and my son have paired the device to our accounts and it doesn't reflect in either of our dashboards. Even after going through the Garmin Connect app on various iPhones, it is unable to pair after stating that it will reset the watch in order to complete the pairing process. I have deleted app of phone, reinstalled, restarted both watch and phone, I can't use Garmin express for this particular watch. Please advise!
