Web = All sorts of pool swim stats, Connect iOS = Zilch!

I recently purchased an HRM swim. When I go for a swim, I get average swim pace, areobic/anareobic score, and heart rate zone chart in Connect iOS. No heart rate charts or pace charts. When I go to the Connect web site, I get all sorts of charts. What's up with that? Why can't I access this info on my phone?

    Title's a bit misleading. The data is there on the phone, it's just not graphical. More screen real estate on the inter web would be the most likely reason. Submit a feature request to Garmin.

    So here’s a Connect iOS screenshot from the exact same activity two months ago, before I purchased the HRM.

    So you are suggesting I submit a feature request for a feature that used to exist. Why can’t I see pace or spm graphs anymore?

    tundracamper agreed looks strange and seems like a feature has been dropped - on the Android app I get the graphic display - have you tried reporting to Garmin support?

    How do I do that? When I click "Support" at the top of the page, I get a Rendering Error 1101. Does the support group not read this forum? If not, then what's the point?

    BTW, I did a Run this morning, there are a WHOPPING 14 detailed data plots on the mobile version of connect. The run activity shows detailed time plots of everything from Pace, Cadence, HR, Running Power, Temp, GCT, .....

    I did submit a support ticket via the other web site.

    Did some more digging. Here is what I found on my phone.

    December 17: Lap Swim shows Heart Rate plot, Training Effect, and Time in Heart Rate Zone
    December 19: Lap Swim shows Heart Rate plot, Training Effect, and Time in Heart Rate Zone
    December 21: Lap Swim shows Heart Rate plot, Training Effect, and Time in Heart Rate Zone
    December 30: Lap Swim shows Heart Rate plot, Training Effect, and Time in Heart Rate Zone
    January 2: Lap Swim shows Heart Rate plot, Training Effect, and Time in Heart Rate Zone
    January 3: Lap Swim shows Training Effect, and Time in Heart Rate Zone
    January 6: Lap Swim shows Heart Rate plot, Training Effect, and Time in Heart Rate Zone
    January 8: Lap Swim shows Training Effect, and Time in Heart Rate Zone

    Whether or not the HR plot (not time in zone) shows up or not is sporadic.

    Swimming statistics cannot be displayed on latest connect iOS app, there seems to be a new bug. Waiting for a new update, but so far Garmin doesn’t fix it. I think they are preparing for a big major release, because no update came since two months :))

    UPDATE: I saw a new iOS update available this morning. Once I updated the app, ALL MY MISSING DATA REAPPEARED for lap swims!

    I now have plots of:
    Pace
    Strokes
    Heart Rate
    Training Effect
    Swolf
    Time in Heart Rate Zone

    Finally, it's fixed!! Thank you, Garmin.
