Steps Not Showing on Connections List

Ever since I got my Garmin, my activity doesn’t register on my list of connections. It shows my steps as 0 no matter how often I sync. My steps register on my dashboard and for challenges, just not for the connections list. How do I fix that?

Yes, it's a security setting. You have to allow people to see it. Then it takes like a day to update

I’ve the same issue. Changed my settings as suggested. Well, a whole week later and it’s still not visible.
