My day is not showing sleep or activities

Yesterday it worked perfectly, today it has stopped displaying activities and sleep. I can only see my activities if I go into my profile.

I absolutely love my vivomove hr, the app was awesome and yes I have obviously synced it multiple times.

There hasn’t even been an app update!

Please help!!!

Tried to upload a screenshot but apparently it’s too big ??????????????????
  • Vivosport and my mobile connect app worked fine until yesterday afternoon - all I see on "my day" are my steps.

    Yet another with the same issue, worked perfectly before yesterday. Hopefully they get this fixed soon or this so far great product will be worthless.

    Hi there,

    same issue here. I am from germany and use an iPhone 6 plus. Garmin Connect Mobile shows only Steps.

    Mine isn't showing anything. No steps, sleep, etc

    Same here. Not since I updated by iPhone8s to 12.1 yesterday. Happens all the time when I update to the newest version. What nonsense.

    Forgot to add that the last time I complained to Garmin, they blamed Apple. Well, I held off updating my Vivofit 2 this time, so Garmin has had time to fix problems to their app and this should not have been an issue. No other app gives me problems after iPhone updates. ????

    Havr the same troubles worked fine yesterday. Vivosport updates and it’s not running as smooth as usual. Today only steps, minutes and hearrate are visible on my day. Luckily it does connect cause when you look at the calendar things like sleep and activities show up there. Still again another update another problem. I’m getting tired of this also there is a huge lack of support from Garmin itself. It’s mostly people in the forum who help

    When I updated my iPhone 8s and Garmin fenix 5s I ran into similar problems. I am unable to view swimming activities in "My Day" view. I woke up this morning and am now unable to view my Sleep card. Sounds like a bug for Garmin to adjust in their next update.
  • you can add me to the list, out of nothing (no updates on iOS nor Garmin app or devices) since yesterday 14:40 no sync with apple health. tried everything known and found on the forum but no success. finally I decided to delete the app (keep the data) and reinstall it. This screwed up the "My day"... Myday on my iPad is still o.k. (no reinstall) but on the phone it is screwed up
