My wife is constantly getting this message scroll across her vivosmart4 device. However the phone IS connected, syncs fine etc. When she clicks (?taps) on the scrolling message, she gets a bunch of notifications about other unrelated programs on her phone, such as new podcasts, etc. How can this feature be disabled?
