Hi,
i upgraded from a fenix5 to a fenix5 plus 4 weeks ago. At this point clearly my training status went from productive to no data, which is expected as my watch has no training data. 4 weeks in the watch gives me status and load - the connect app has remained on no data for the last 4 weeks. I can only assume this is an error, but I’ve tried all sorts to see if I can this to update, nothing has worked. Has anyone else seen this? I’ve searched the forum with no useful results.
