Fenix 5 HR rate last 4 Hours

Hello, I have a Fenix 5 Sapphire Edition, starting with 28th of October 2018 no longer record HR rate evolution for last 4 hours. What should I do to fix it? Can you help me? Thanks!
Florinel you should post this in the Fenix 5 forum rather than connect mobile for ios - then you may find someone else who has seen the problem and knows how to fix it
