Garmin Connect 4.12 keeps crashing - UPDATE

Connect Mobile 4.12, iOS 12.0.1, iPhone X, keeps crashing on virtually any activity in the More menu.
I was trying to add a new Index Smart Scale, but whenever I go to the Add Device, the app crashes.
and if I cannot add the scale, it cannot be used. Maybe I’ll have to return the scale...

Crashing all the time.... a daylight saving time related problem. Réinstallation does not fix the pbm.

Same here, GC 4.12.0.14 crashes everytime it syncs with my Garmin Fenix5. Started yesterday

i am a little upset. hoped that the problem is fixed after the 25 hour day is over, but the system still seems to try syncing the yesterdays data. By the way. The workaround is not a option for me. I rely in having the steps data in Apple Health because of a linked health insurance company which gives me a credit (in money) if I reach a weakly goal. and I normally don't carry the phone with me all day long. I hope Garmin if finding a real fix soon.

Switching timezone to Iceland, sync and switching TZ back fixed it for me. Data arrived in Apple Health.

How about properly testing your software, Garmin?

After removing and reinstalling the app all my data in iOS health is also lost. Sync is only bringing the last 30 days back. Any chance to get older data back?

Came here looking for a thread on crashing. Same issue for me. Setting phone time zone an hour forward fixes the problem. Would be nice to have it sorted sooner rather than later!

Go to IOS Settings and put your time zone on Algiers (Is also GMT +1 as Amsterdam, but no Daylight Savings) apparently Reykjavic works for UK.
Sync your connect data

Thanks KCI1973. For me, simply setting the time zone to "Algiers", sync and setting it back have worked. No no crashes any more :)

Same issue here on my Iphone SE, my Garmin 235 cant keep connection to my Garmin Connect app, as the app keeps crashing half way throug the sync..

Same problem. App ramdomly crashes - shuts down unexpeted.
