Pulse Ox

I've recently upgraded to a fenix 5X+. The Pulse Ox Acclimation readings on the watch are a percentage and elevation, with elevation is displayed in feet. In GCM the elevation is displayed in meters. Anyone know if this is a user setting? All my settings are imperial.
