Old Vivoactive showing in app, no way to remove it

Hi all,

I recently sent my Vivoactve 3 in on RMA for repair. My new device arrived, I set it back up, synced with the app and Garmin Express desktop on my Mac, and deleted the old device from Garmin Express. Now when I open the mobile app, I see a second vivoactive and it says it is not paired and to go to Garmin Connect to remove. Problem is, it doesn't show up anywhere else other than the app. Is there some place I am missing, or do I need to clear the app data and log in again to reset it all?

    I had a similar problem a few years ago. If I remember correctly, I figured out that you have to go to your Garmin account (NOT your Connect account) at Garmin.com. Once logged in, underneath the ‘Signed In’ tab, you click on the ‘Products’ tab and it will bring up a list of all devices registered to your account. You can click remove from there and that should remove it from the app.

    Not the most obvious solution but it worked for me. Hope that helps.
