Bug Report: Vivosport fails to upload activity

My Vivosport is failing to upload the running activity to Garmin Connect. All other information (except activity) sync fine, and they are updated correctly.
The Running Activity still shows up in the device itself, but it does NOT upload into Garmin Connect!!
So far there are 2 activities which have not be uploaded.
Is this a new bug?
Is there any way to download the activity out of device (in the folder icon)? This way I can at least import the downloaded activity into Garmin Connect directly.

    I have tried the following, but none them helped!


    1. Used Garmin Express in laptop to sync, but didn’t help.

    2. Install Garmin Connect in windows laptop. Logged into account, made Bluetooth connection, and finally synced data into laptop. It didn’t help.

    3. Disconnect the Bluetooth connection from iPhone, uninstall Garmin Connects from phone. I went through the whole process of installing Garmin Connect app, login, made a fresh Bluetooth connection. But it didn’t help.

    I believe, it is a BIG bug in Garmin Connect software.
    It show every data in the day (even new added steps) . It even shows my walking in the Heart Rate graph, but it doesn’t show my last 2 days Activities!!!!
  • Me too, but for Apple. Crickets from Garmin. Can’t even get in touch with them. Connecting via the USB does nothing, as the device doesn’t even show up.
