I really enjoy the sleep tracking feature, however, the other day I noticed it didn't sync my sleep data with the app. After several attempts to do so I simply entered the hours manually only to have the data appear hours later, but registered for the following day. Yesterday's data is being saved on today's date. I'm not sure how to correct it. The app won't allow me to delete my manual entry only change the hours, and when the sleep data syncs now it's always one day off.
I also have an issue with sleep tracking and the connect app. If I put my watch (Vivoactive) in sleep mode (to avoid disturbances from texts, etc), the app tells me that there is "No sleep movement data". It does record the sleep times (based on when i put my watch in sleep mode and turned sleep off). When I look at the "Movement" tab, I can clearly see that it has tracked my movement on the graph (with this error message also shown), but on the levels tab it displays nothing other than the error message. Note: this does not happen if I do not put the watch in sleep mode, then my levels appear as expected. I know the device is tracking because if I go to the actual website connect.garmin.com I can see my levels. I tried editing sleep times to see if that would work, and went so far as to uninstall and reinstall the app. No luck. Any suggestions?
It has been two days since my watch (fenix 5X) is not registering my sleep time accurately. It only tracks my sleep time until 3 AM, but I have slept until 5 AM. I don't know if this is either a fenix or a Connect issue. Anyone having the same problem?
I am also having problems with sleep tracking on the Garmin Connect App, this on 2 Vivofits Tracks sleep OK online but sleep info only shows on the front dashboard view, nothing when you go into the detail, certainly seems like an issue with the last update anyview on when the next update is due?
I have he same problem. I bought a new Vivofit 4 about 2 weeks ago. The first week it tracked my steps and sleep fine then all of a sudden on Saturday 21st July it stopped tracking my sleep all together and even my steps are not saving even though I am manually syncing. I have just swapped over from Fitbit to Garmin and am starting to regret my decision now.
