Audio Prompts - repeats 3 times only lap number and time - no more heart rate

Since last update the Garmin Connect Mobile App only prompts lab number and time. And that three times. Doesn't prompt average pace or heart rate any longer. Had not changed anything. It just happened. Now I can change whatever I like under "Audio Prompts" without any effect. The only anouncement is 3x "lab number and time".

Did anyone experience a similar issue?

Same here. I get lap time, pace, and heart rate three times in a row ..same data read aloud. It is beginning to get annoying as I plays over my podcasts. I only have I set to alert on laps.

Hi I have the same/similar problem too - I can only get lap time audio prompt/alert, before I could set my heart rate alert for 1min upwards. I still have the option, but whenever I set it just defaults back to lap. I’ve reached out to Garmin, but no response as yet.

Seems that this issue is of minor importance to Garmin since the various updates of Garmin Connect Mobile over the last two months didn't fix it. And I still haven't found any workaround.
