'Garmin Devices' not being updated

I notice that although I remove old devices via the Garmin Connect website, so only my current one is showing, the iOS app continues to display them as 'registered' but not added to the app. The only way to force a synchronisation with the website is to remove and reinstall the app - logging out and in to my account has no effect. Not a major problem but looks like a bug?

    I have the same problem, i have a Garmin Connect with only actual devices, the same clean Garmin Express, even My Garmin is clean but Garmin Connect Mobile continues to show 3 extra edge 820, one Etrex 25, and an Epix. The problem for me is the Epix, it was my favorite tracker device and still is. My Fenix 5X cannot be set to favorite tracker, which is annoying with new function Physio TrueUp.
