How to manually upload to Strava

Does anyone know how to manually upload an activity to Strava? Somehow my link to Strava broke and a few activities didn't upload. I fixed the link but I can't find a way to manually upload to Strava again. Is there a way to manually upload. I can't find it.

Thanks. I already knew how to upload a file in Strava itself. I was looking for a way in Garmin Connect to send to to Strava directly with a button push. Like it does when the activity syncs. Wahoo has that for my Bolt bike computer and I was wondering if Garmin did it as well.
