I have garmin fenix 5x. I downloaded and instal boulder/climbing wall app and I have problem. This app count number of climbs, grades of routes and some other stuff. When I sync my exercise from watch to garmin connect on my Iphone, developer say that on lap section I shoud see all data of my climbs, when I flip phone. Problem is, that I don’t get flip icon on bottom of the screen and screen also won’t flip, when I flip the phone. On other exercises, like running, on teh bottom of lap section screen is always flip icon and fliping worked. Only with this app on my Iphone is problem. I contact developer and he open my exercise with his phone and he can se both - flip icon and aditional data, when he flip the phone. But he has Android. What is wrong with my Iphone? Is there problem with IOS and Garmin connect mobile? I uninstall both - app on fenix and garmin connect on phone. Install both again and still same problem. Can anyone can help me? What can I do? Climbing is my primary sport for 30 years and this is the only app, that I can use for rock climbing. Help please!
