I visited Connect.Garmin.Com website to search for Training Plan. I added a Marathon Training Plan with Heart Rate (the Training Plan with a symbol of red heart next to the name). I understand that I will need to run within the HR zone (ie: Zone 2 for easy, Zone 4 for interval). However, I don't know which type of HR Zone I should set in the User profile settings. There's 03 type:
- Based on % of Max HR
- Based on % of HR Rerserve (% HRR) in which I need to input the Resting HR
- Based on % of Lactate Threshold (% LT) in which I need to input LT HR
Those 03 type have different HR for each zone, and it surely will affect my training. I seriously need to train in correct HR zone. Appreciate your advice to set.
I have HRM-RUN trap so I can conduct a LT HR test every 6 weeks as advised by seller (LOL).
