GCM won't start livetrack.

Phone: iPhone X
Version: 4.6.0.18
Watch: Fenix 5X
Auto Start enabled

Went to start a run and an email was never sent, checked the app and there was a button at the bottom asking me to start the track and when I press the button it spins for a second and takes me back to the livetrack page with auto start disabled.

    I got the same problem than @Tommulee84, since near one year now, i remove garmin connect, clear cache and so on, nothing help. Live track is for me the most important feature of garmin connect, Garmin when did you plan to resolv this issue??
  • I've had that issue as well, solved it by logging out of the app then back in again.
    So today I could test/use livetrack for the first time and it worked fine except for draining my phone battery really quick. Does the app need to be running on the phone for this to work, or can it be closed?
    Edit: I'm using an iPhone 7 and a FR935
  • Hi, I encountered the same issue since a few weeks.
    disconnection/connection/watch pairing did the trick.
