Hi all, I'm from Vietnam, sorry for my bad English
I'm using Garmin Fenix Chronos for running training. In recent days, my watch has summaried many wrong activities, I press Start then choose Run then Do work out, when the training done, I press Save then look at the summary on Garmin Connect at iOS it is an OTHER activity (Red color with time training and calories and the max HR only 9bmp) not a RUNNING activity (Orange color with time and pace) . Note that this problem only occured after I restore default my Fenix Chronos at 10th April, before that day it works normally.
Anyone knows this problem please help me or share how to chat with the Garmin Support. I will appreciate any helps ! Thanks in advance
