LiveTrack - Cannot send invites at this time. Try again later

Yesterday when I went to run I got the message "Cannot send invites at this time. Try again later" when I started my LiveTrack.

Last weekend it was working I didn't have any problem.
I'm using an iPhone SE and my Vivoactive HR is connected and synchronises correctly with my phone.

Today I went to bike and I had the same problem with my Edge1000. It was connected to my phone and when I started the LiveTrack I got the same message.

I closed and reopened the App. Same problem.
I switched off and on my phone. Same problem.
I reboot my phone. Same problem.
I removed and reinstalled the App. Same problem.
I checked my phone settings, Connect can access my Contacts (in Privacy). In Mobile Data, Connect in On.

I have searched in the forum and on Google, I've tried all solutions proposed but nothing helped.

I don't know what is wrong. Any idea?
