Steps not syncing on my 735xt

I have two Garmin watches a 735xt and a 935 , the 735xt is set as my preferred tracker.

When I use the 935 the steps sync with no issue , the 735 since Ive started to use the 935 no longer syncs steps but syns all other activites .

Any idea what the issue could be ?

Did you find a solution to this? I have the same problem with 735xt.
