Sending Workouts/Training Plans to devices - STILL AN ISSUE

I see the sticky saying that the above problem is fixed, however when I try to send a custom workout I'm still getting the 'No Connected Devices' and that my Vivoactive 3 is not compatible.

Running version 4.4 on the app.

Anyone else still having issues with regards to sending custom workouts?

Yes, it is still an issue. I've been trying to upload my training plan for the last couple of days. Did not work!

Still an issue ... and when I see Garmin is still working on it after 12 days without any fix, its scary. Do you realize this is one of your major fonctionnality Garmin ?

Up .. and also sleep isnt recorded anymore ... any news about the hotfix you should havve done already ?

I just purchased the VA3 under the impression I could send my courses or training plans to the watch. Was I misinformed or make the wrong purchase? Is it supposed to send the course? I keep getting "no compatible devices found" whether I'm tethered or not.

SwimmAngie, you can schedule training plans in Garmin Connect and send (at least some of the) workouts that make up that training plan to your VA3; see http://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/vivoactive3/EN-US/GUID-A2FB338B-0E75-4149-A5EE-BA66064D2ABF.html. The only mention of ‘course’ in the VA3 Owner's Manual is in relation to golf courses. You should definitely forget about following a course when running, or getting turn by turn instructions for navigation on the VA3 out of the box.
