Sending Workouts/Training Plans to devices - STILL AN ISSUE

I see the sticky saying that the above problem is fixed, however when I try to send a custom workout I'm still getting the 'No Connected Devices' and that my Vivoactive 3 is not compatible.

Running version 4.4 on the app.

Anyone else still having issues with regards to sending custom workouts?
