Missing stats and not synching with MyFitnessPal app.

Since 16th March, sleep levels aren’t registered on Garmen Connect, nor are the stress levels. BMI has disappeared and my steps are not synching with the MyFitnessPal app. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? It’s very frustrating.

Actually none of my stats are showing after the 16th March.

I am also missing steps and sleep since Jan 31. I know for a fact that steps are being recorded because I can see them on my watch face. This is getting truly annoying, as my activities still upload and sync just fine. Only the steps and sleep data fail to sync. Called Garmin yesterday. First they recommended deleting the Activities, New Files and Monitor folders on my 920XT. I did that and it accomplished nothing. Then he said if that didn't work to try a full factory reset. Did that, losing all my personal data and still didn't correct the problem. I have steps logged on my unit for the day but when I do a sync, they are not uploaded. What a waste of time. I forgot how difficult it was to pair my Stages power meter to my 920XT, now I have that to look forward to again too. Garmin support sucks balls. They respond to very few of these forum questions, and their solutions rarely work.
  • Disconnect & reconnect the two services ... that solves most problems with integrations.
