Edit My Day Settings not Persisting

Looks like this is a reoccurring problem, I have to edit my home page every few days but invariably it resets to the default order.

This is going to. Two years now. The case has been closed. The issue of “My Day” reverting automatically to default is a persistent problem still. 
the only Garmin Device currently paired to my phone is the fenix 6X. 

Irritating  thought it was just me.  I have Fenix Sapphire 6S  I want steps towards the top, each time I edit it reverts back to the bottom  

January 29, 2021 - this problem is still going strong. Looks I don't' need to waste my time trying to get Garmin to fix it, just like they can't seem to fix that the goal that I set for my self is overwritten by an automatic goal that is USELESS. So I don't look at the goal any more and I reset "my day" as many times as it takes - today three times. I don't want to keep track of my heart rate - an element I have never set up - for example.
I wish there was some competition to garmin for this kind of product so I could try it.

I talked with Garmin and they were able to fix this for me a couple weeks ago. I told them about this forum so hopefully they will see that there are many having this issue.

How did they fix it - and only specific to you?

This week I installed iOS 14.4 on my iPhone 11. In order to complete this I had to delete some data to create space on the phone.

since doing this, the Garmin Connect app home screen has remained in it’s customised order. Not sure if it’s the new IOS or the free space I now have but my problem has been rectified

Hello! For anyone experiencing this issue. Could you please respond to this thread with a screen shot of when you saved it and then a screen shot when it reverts back. Do we have your permission to reach out by email to gather some information from you?

I have the same problem, it keeps reverting back after around 2 weeks, pls help.
