Edit My Day Settings not Persisting

I have Garmin Connect Mobile iOS v 4.3.1.5

In "My Day" there is the ability at the bottom of the screen to "Edit My Day" which i changed to the following and saved
Steps
Floors
Intensity Minutes
Heart Rate

The rest were Hidden

This persists for a short time but will annoyingly revert back to the default layout say after a day or couple of hours/

Just checkedagain today and it has indeed reset back to default. Annoying

I’m having the same problem with mine. I have it selected not to show calories but they keep appearing again each time I open ththe app & I have to keep removing them.

I thought this was a bug that was supposed to be fixed with the last update but it’s happening again now.

Hello,

I had this problem for a few weeks and it looks like the cause was too little free space on the phone. Try freeing some space, so there are at least 2 GB available.

Two years later, it still reappears. Deleting and installing didnt help.
Now in 4.24.2.2, 21 versions later, it still isn't solved

Same. Has been happening consistently since I bought my vivoactive device 6 months ago. Sometimes my "My Day" edits stay for a week or more... sometimes I have to rearrange them every other day or every day.

I have a ton of space on my phone, so that doesn't seem to be the problem. Sometimes I am successful in resetting the My Day activities, but inevitably the activities I select won't stay.

This has been a persistent issue for over a year and a half for me. Edit “my day” and on the next app refresh it reverts to the default settings. I contacted Garmin and worked on a resolution for over a year. No one at Garmin would/could fix the problem. I gave up. I happened along this feed and it renewed my frustrations. Oddly - it’s the first time in all my years of using Garmin that they did not seem to want to fix the problem.

Oh yeah - they told me I was the “only one” with the issue.......that is how they closed it.

That is not good. The issue seems to be limited, but no cases should be closed unless the issue is resolved or the customer is satisfied with a workaround. I would try calling back, but sounds like you're done with this. Checking mine at the moment.

I noticed that every time I edit my day to hide/unhide/rearrange items in the My Day section of Garmin Connect, the changes do not persist if I close the app or restart my phone. Is this a known issue? Thanks!
