On my VA3, I need to click on "+ Calories" tab which takes one to MyFitnessPal app where you can add calories and/or water. Very cumbersome and MFP doesn't allow you to see more than a day of the diary at a time. I still carry may Fitbit Charge 2 in my pocket (or in my sock when exercising) so I can still participate in following with my friends. The Fitbit app is far more friendly is tracking water and food - so I still use it regularly.
