Since 4.3 updates, not able to open the app. Keep asking me to consent to upload data

Since 4.3 updates, not able to open the app. Keep asking me to consent to upload data to Garmin. I clicked 'I do consent' many times but does not help.
iPhone X, IOS 11.2

There was an app update yesterday to 4.3.1, if you have this update already can you provide the following:

What is your phones Region setting?

You can view this on you iPhone by going to Settings>General>Language & Region>Region.

If it is set to Europe, can you change it to your specific country does it fix the issue you are seeing?

Thanks for letting us know and glad it fixed the issue. We are working on some fixes so that this doesn't occur moving forward.
