See screenshot. After updated Garmin Connect on latest iOS 11.2.5 (iphone 6S) the application is broken. I restarted the phone. Didn't help... ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1308653.png
Completely randomly, and about the twentieth time I've re-installed the app this weekend, 'my device' now reads as 'my day' with all of my activities now showing from the watch.
Having only owned my Forerunner since Friday (first Garmin device) I do hope this isn't a re-occurring problem.
My configuration is : .Garmin Connect Mobile : 4.3.0.14 . Iphone 8 IOS 11.2.3 . Fenix 5X last FW
Since the GCM 4.3.0.14, saturday 09/02/2018, i Have the same problem as IrekLondon with the same Photo.
Garmin-Joey, Yes i selected No in the Menu Profil/Data/Downlaod Data/NO (In French for me, i'm in France.) I selected No in this menu because i don't want to transfer my data to Garmin or other !!!
For your information, the Upload Consent message not appear now, i need to go to the in the Menu Profil/Data/Downlaod Data...
This morning, i tried to sync with my PC with usb cable, i obtained an synchro issue (3 or 4 times)!!
Using GCM manually, when i go to "Synchronisation Reports", the file is empty !!

In fact, i have no synchro since the last update og Garmin. No data since the 11/02/2018.
When i go to the Menu Profil/Data/Downlaod Data..., if i Accept the polycy rules: . the screen My file is now OK !! . i can make a synchro beetween the watch and Garmin Connect Mobile ( a long synchro, for 3 days ? ) . the screen Calendar show the activity of Sunday and Monday and today . My GC on the web is refresh after 5-10 minutes.
As i don't want accept download data to Garmin on the Web (polycy rules), i return in the Menu Profil/Data/Downlaod Data to choose "I don't accept", and now the screen is wrong again like on IrekLondon's photo ... !!
I hope it will help you to solve this problem quickly ?
I use my Fenix 5x since 07/2017 and i need it to go skiing in the weeks ... I have always barometer problem, sometimes 60m, sometimes 150m at home .... Thanks to solve it also ...
XHU_44 This issue is being actively being worked on. Currently, as you have experienced, if you do not provide consent to upload the data then the device page does not load as expected.
If you would like to sync your device you will need to provide consent. Without consent your device will not be able to sync with Garmin Connect online or the Garmin Connect Mobile app. So if you want to sync and review your data you will need to go back into the menu and re-enable consent to sync the data and then the issue will be resolved for you.
As far as issues with the barometer issues, it is recommended that you post in the fenix 5X forum or contact Product Support directly.
But before this new version, we needed to accept to transfer data ?
This option is useless because if the data of the watch are not sent to the phone and our account, the watch is useless ... You should directly allow sync ... In fact, I do not want to send my data for third-party use ...
The synchro didn't work if we selected NO ?
I think NO, because i didn't want to send my data since i had the watch...
For information, if i Accept the polycy rules in Menu Profil/Data/Downlaod Data..., the page "My Device" is now called My Day ( or "Ma Journée" in french)...
The option to provide consent is a new requirement for customers in Europe. To ensure Garmin is protecting your data as required by applicable data privacy regulations, users in Europe will be required to provide upload consent. This is a one time request that you can acknowledge within the app. The only time that you would be required to provide consent again, would be if consent was removed.
