Hi, i believe we are many who have this issue. Your sticky post explaining a solution to the "edit / server erros" issue. My problem is that I don’t understand the solution. I really cant find the arrows that you refer to, and I have been using your software for more than 6 years and thought i did understand where to find features and functions :)
You are refering to "in your account" and "by clicking the two arrow icons in the Menu bar on the left side of the webpage". I have looked and searched but I cant find that "two arrows", sorry I dont understand your work around/solution. Can you please help us understand better? I can see on all posts that it is not only me that doesnt get it.
