HR not syncing

HR is not showing on Garmin conect app but steps and runs are? Can anyone advise? I have Garmin forerunner 235 & iPhone 7+

My Garmin Fenix 5s has also stopped syncing HR

I have only owned this device since Jan & it also has issues with the time saying evening runs are the morning of the next day! Please advise Garmin!
