Notifications in Connect App?

the connect app icon on my iPhone will display for example a #3 and when I click to open app I can’t locate the 3 items ie if I click notifications in the app it always shows nothing.....where do you see notifications in the app?

Try clicking on the 'file tray' in the top left of the 'My Day' screen.
