Fenix 5X: favorites not shown as installed apps

Hi! I`m new to Garmin (...yes, I know, everyone`s waiting for the stupid question now...) and have managed to get into a situation I can`t explain.

I ordered my apps, chose my favorites and deleted some apps I don`t need - directly on the watch (Fenix 5X).

When I was starting over configuring with the Connect App, everything shows up fine. After configuring the apps right on the watch, as mentioned above, the app does not show my favorite apps as installed anymore.
For example:
Watch favorites: Trail Run, Walk, Swimming; Watch other apps: Maps, Track
Shown as installed apps in garmin connect: Maps, Track (and uninstalled apps, but no Trail Run, Walk, Swimming)

What went wrong?

Hello

I have the same problem. Nearly all installed apps (3rd party Garmin IQ) on the watch have disappeared on the Connect App iPhone (not even showing in the deleted section). I don't have a Fenix but a Vivoactive 3.

Hey, I'm wondering if anbody found a solution, my favorites are missing in the app as well.......

In one of the threads on the 5X forum a Garmin guy said to manage apps and ordering of apps on the watch and not the app for the 5X. He claimed that the functionality in the app was only for watches that couldn't do those functions on the watch. It din't make any sense except to say the those features are broken on the app for the 5X. Fortunately, editing things on the watch seems to work fine.
