Not displaying body fat % and other stats

Up until January 16th my body fat, body water, muscle mass and bone mass stats were displayed in the weight section of connect. Then on 1/17 and ever since only weight, weight loss and BMI are displayed. I use the garmin index scale and I see the stats in the scale when I weigh myself. Anyone else have this issue? I contacted garmin support but have heard nothing but crickets from them,
I spoke with tech support yesterday and she said that it’s an issue when you have the garmin connect mobile app linked to my fitness pal. Disconnect it from my fitness pal and it should work. Sure enough today my metrics were there. It didn’t work right away but the next day it did!
Well that didn’t work! I’m disconnected from my fitness pal and the metrics will show up in the morning right after I weigh and then disappear later. WTF! Garmin!
I removed MFP and had my numbers stay for 1 weigh in and after that back to most data being deleted, this morning I switched from my FR 935 to my Fenix 5x all of my data is still present from today.
Now being disconnected from my fitness pal on the GCM app and through the my fitness pal app it seemed to work until I synced my Fenix. And some point I lost the data, not sure if it was after an activity or just after a sync.
Please, in the name of all that is holy, tell me why Garmin have messed around with the software for the Garmin Scales?? It was wonderful to have weight, fat % and muscle mass transmitted to my phone, and stored so I could see the trends. Since January it is apparent from the forums that you have altered the software so this no longer get happens. Now your scales are no better than other scales on the market, and there is no advantage to buying Garmin scales at all. I was very happy with the combination of the Garmin watch and scales, now I am not so sure whether I would recommend them. For God’s sake sort this out because whether you realise it or not, you have a lot of unhappy customers out here.
13/01/2020 Same issue, latest app and and garmin.connect site display only weight and BMI. Other measurments arent saved although theyre shown during weighing
