Could not connect to Garmin app.

My Vivoactive3 bought from Thailand,could not connect to Garmin app,They show the bluetooth is turned off but the status of bluetooth on ios show is connected.

I contact to garmin Thailand,after I follow the pocedure from them,then can connected th App.

But the current situation,I have to made a forget the device on my ios and re-pair phone everyday.
This is right way?I dont think about it.
