Auto Uploading not working for ALL of my devices.

I use iPhone X with Garmin Connect and a MacBook with Garmin Express.

For the many years I have been using Garmin products, the process was simple and seamless. Workout, record a bike, run, or swim workout on my device, and when I was done, it would AUTO upload via my mobile phone, or when I get home, it would AUTO upload via WIFI to Garmin Connect.

However, recently, I would say for the past 5 to 6 months, the AUTO uploading has stopped working. When I finish a workout, the workout will no longer AUTO upload to Garmin Connect.

This is happening to BOTH of my main devices. I also have the same problem with my Edge 1030.

When I MANUALLY try to sync to my mobile phone, or when I try to connect and send via WIFI, this also fails. Fails for both of my devices for any and all workouts.

The ONLY way to upload a workout is if I connect the device to my MacBook via USB and manually upload it via Garmin Express.

By the way, I also have a Vivosmart HR, which seems like is uploading and syncing normally as it should with my iPhone.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I live and work in China. However, this problem also persists when I am traveling for work. I have tried to AUTO upload and syncing in Japan, Thailand, India, and back home in the US all to no avail.

How to I get my AUTO uploading and syncing to work again on both of these devices??
