No maps on Garmin Connect with iphone 5C using Garmin 235

Hi all

I seemed to have lost my maps after activities on my iphone for the last few weeks ? Whilst they show on my desktop PC plus they also show on Strava, its the Garmin app theyre missing from .. No settings changed, phone or Garmin hasnt had any updates ?

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Thanks In advance

I have the same issue with my vivoactive 10 and iPad. Updated the app on my iPad the other day, now I don't seem to get a map to go with my activity. Disappointing.
  • Thanks runningdog .. yes it is annoying, I just dont seem to be getting any answers on here or other groups ive posted on?

Hi runningclog and rhiwbinarunner, I experience the same problem. No maps at all, also the background illustration worth the shape of the map in my day is missing. My iPhone 5c is on ios 10.3.3 (most up to date version for my phone), garmin connect version 4.2 (current).
I would really appreciate a bug fix since it was for the gps functionality I got my forerunner for... ;-)

  • Same problem on my iPhone5 since October last year. Now with iOS 10.3.3 and garmin connect version 4.2, map still not showing on my iPhone. However, map is available on my iPad garmin connect and web based garmin connect. BTW, garmin connect logo is lost on my iPad. Only funny logo shown.

same here. Garmin Connect Mobile on iPad mini (1st gen, iOS 9.3.5)
  • Map became available after my run last night. Seems like problem has been solved. Not the logo in my iPad though.

I did another update on my iPad today and the maps are now showing/accessible, so that's good. I'm not loving the new home page though...
